Challenge
A national expo required rapid mobilization and integration of event services under tight timelines and evolving scope, while standing up fit-for-purpose legal, procurement, and contract administration.
Approach
We led event services integration across logistics, transport, accreditation, cleaning and waste, catering, medical, and security, aligning vendors and operating plans to common readiness milestones. In parallel, we stood up the legal workbench for procurement strategy, tenders, sponsorships and concessions, and day-to-day contract administration tied to operational needs.
Outcome
Service domains activated on schedule with clear SLAs and contingency plans; vendor and workforce contracts supported delivery at pace; governance artifacts enabled swift decisions with audit-ready documentation.
