Challenge
A ministry sought to convert diplomatic goodwill into commercially-viable cross-border partnerships in health, agri-tech, and renewables, balancing policy aims with investable propositions.
Approach
We mapped priority stakeholders and policy windows, designed the mission program and sector roundtables, and developed a pipeline of partnership concepts spanning philanthropic co-funding, corporate alliances, and blended finance. We prepared term sheets, impact theses, and monitoring frameworks to align incentives and de-risk execution.
Outcome
Mission generated qualified leads across three sectors, with two public-private partnerships advanced to MOUs and one impact vehicle moved to pre-feasibility. Clear narratives and governance models accelerated approvals and reduced transaction friction.
Capabilities applied
Strategic Partnerships and Impact Investment; Policy Navigation.
