By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Site.
These Terms are between you and Winsights Global Ltd. Located at 326 Acacia Ct., Oakville, ON, L6J6K5 having corporation number 13711862 (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). The English version controls to the extent of any conflict with a translation. These Terms will be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada and all disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
