Challenge

An ownership group sought to expand beyond a single-sport franchise into a multi-sport, multi-market platform with investable assets and a clear social impact narrative.

Approach

We developed an expansion thesis, market entry screens, and a phased investment roadmap, including brand architecture, governance design, and impact measurement linked to youth development and community programs. We structured a PE-style vehicle concept and partnership constructs with corporate and philanthropic co-funders.

Outcome

A staged plan aligned owner ambition, investor expectations, and regulatory realities; pilot initiatives validated brand portability and social impact claims; partner pipeline advanced to diligence.
