Mishael is Co-Founder and Consultant, Legal & Compliance.

She has twenty years of corporate and commercial legal experience. Post private practice, Mishael spent 3 years as Associate Director at the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan, 2 years working in-house in the real estate investment sector including at Qatari Diar, 6 years consulting and one year as the Head of Legal at Expo 2023 Doha.

Mishael advises clients on contracts including sponsorships, concessions and participation agreements, procurement strategy and tender formulation through to evaluation, contract interpretation and administration, project management and day to day commercial needs. She has expertise advising on legal communications.

During Mishael’s consultancy days, she specialized in the development of corporate strategy including marketing and recruitment plans, leading business development teams and supervising client service legal team and being the key contact for c-suite clients.

Her academic passions includes women’s health and human rights, sustainability and intellectual property.

Mishael is an English trained Barrister (Inns of Court School of Law) and maintains a license to practice law in Pakistan and offers legal services in both English and Urdu. She works in Doha and Toronto.
