Winsights Global Ltd., (“we”, “us”) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.
This Privacy Policy sets out the basis on which we will process any personal information that we may collect about you as a visitor to https://www.winsightsglobal.com (the “Website”) or our premises, or a contact at one of our customers, suppliers or other business partners.
The information that we collect about you
We may collect and process the following data about you:
- information that you give us. For example, information you provide by filling in forms on our Website. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our Website, subscribing to any services under the Website, posting material or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our Website. In addition, it may include for example, your name, address, email address and telephone number; information about your relationship with Winsights Global; information about your professional role, background and interests; and information relating to an onsite event you want to attend;
- if you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence;
- information which you provide to us by completing surveys or polls, and which we use for research purposes. You do not have to respond to these surveys; and

We do not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 18 (“Minors”). How do we use your information?

We do not disclose information about identifiable individuals to our advertisers, but we may provide them with aggregate information about our users. We may also use such aggregate information to help advertisers reach the kind of audience they want to target. We may make use of the personal data we have collected from you to enable us to comply with our advertisers’ wishes by displaying their advertisement to that target audience.
