Romina Mekhri is Consultant, Guest Management, Guest relations and Protocol. She is a seasoned events professional, reliable, positive, open-minded, interested in peculiarities of cross-cultural communications.

Having started her career path as an Advisor on International Affairs, Twin-Cities Project at the Government of Moscow she focused on major sport events since 2016 joining 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia™ Local Organizing Committee as a Leading Expert at FIFA and Government relations Department, followed by the next project EURO 2020.

Her vast global experience as well includes working as VIP & VVIP Protocol and Seating Coordinator in Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy and FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™, Head of Guest Relations and Protocol for the Khaleeji ZAIN 25 in Iraq for the Arab Gulf Cup Football Federation and Guest Relations Coordinator – Seating & Ticketing Melbourne at the FIFA Women’s World Cup Australia & New Zealand 2023™, Protocol Manager at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar for various projects.

Romina specializes in Guest management, Guest relations and Protocol, providing consultancy on related aspects of Operations planning and implementation, creating and conducting trainings for the teams involved based on the principles of teamwork and professional mutual understanding to ensure delivery of seamless provision of all guest related services, unique guest journey experience.
